L'Ermitage offers bed and breakfast (chambre d'hôte) rooms and two self-catering apartments (gîte) in the heart of the countryside of Northern Provence.

Our two hundred year old farmhouse nestles on the peaceful slopes of the medieval hilltop village of Crestet, just five minutes drive from Vaison-la-Romaine.

With its own apricot and cherry orchards on two sides, its own woodland above it and a vineyard just opposite the front gates, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside across to Mount Ventoux.

From L'Ermitage, you are well placed to explore this part of Provence; its fine wines, roman antiquities, bustling street markets and great restaurants. The hillside walks around Mount Ventoux and Crestet are well-sign-posted if you want to enjoy some exercise.

If you would just like to relax and work on your tan - our swimming pool, 4 metres by 9 metres, 1 metre deep at the shallow end and 2 metres deep at the deep end offers cool relief from the heat of the Summer.
